Hire event tables for weddings, parties, conferences, markets and corporate events across London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex. Choose from 4ft and 6ft trestle tables with or without covers, 5ft round and half moon tables, poseur and LED tables, bistro and beer tables, rustic trestle tables and low coffee tables.

How many guests per table?

  • 5ft round table: 6 to 8 guests
  • 6ft round table: 8 to 10 guests
  • 5ft half moon table: 2 to 3 guests along the curved side (guests don’t usually sit on the flat edge). It’s the perfect table for cakes and gifts.

You can fit a few more chairs around each table if you need to, but guests will have less room to eat and move comfortably.

Delivery and collection

  • We deliver from our warehouse in Godstone, Surrey, across London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex.
  • A flexible delivery slot is the most cost-effective option.
  • For London events, the minimum equipment order is £150 + VAT before delivery and collection.
  • Prefer to save on delivery? Collect from and return to our Godstone warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Hire prices exclude VAT, delivery, setup and collection, which we quote for once we have your delivery and event details.

What types of tables can I hire?

4ft and 6ft trestle tables, 5ft round tables, half moon tables, 3ft round tables, poseur and LED poseur tables, bistro tables, beer tables, rustic trestle tables, coffee tables, side tables and folding makeup tables.

Do tables come with covers?

Our trestle tables can be hired with fitted white or black covers or without a cover, and 5ft round tables are available with white loose linen covers.

Can I hire tables and chairs together?

Yes. We can quote for tables, chairs, linen, poseur tables and lighting together.

Do you deliver and set up tables?

Yes, across London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex. Delivery, setup and collection are not included in the hire price, and we quote for them once we have your delivery and event details. You can also collect from our warehouse in Godstone, Surrey, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

How many people can sit at each table?
