Hire event chairs for weddings, parties, conferences and corporate events across London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex. Choose from black and wooden folding chairs, limewash and clear ghost Chiavari chairs, oak crossback chairs, conference chairs, bar stools, cube seats, deck chairs and lounge furniture.

We supply chairs to weddings and parties at venues across London and the South East. At Greenwich Yacht Club on the Thames, our limewash Chiavari chairs with ivory seat pads are the chair we’re asked for most for wedding breakfasts.

Delivery and collection

  • We deliver from our warehouse in Godstone, Surrey, across London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex.
  • A flexible delivery slot is the most cost-effective option.
  • For London events, the minimum equipment order is £150 + VAT before delivery and collection.
  • Prefer to save on delivery? Collect from and return to our Godstone warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Hire prices exclude VAT, delivery, setup and collection, which we quote for once we have your delivery and event details.

What types of chairs can I hire?

Folding chairs in black or wood, limewash and clear ghost Chiavari chairs, oak crossback chairs, conference chairs, bar stools, cube seats, LED cubes, deck chairs, armchairs, sofas and children’s high chairs.

Can I hire tables and chairs together?

Yes. We can quote for chairs, tables, linen, poseur tables and lighting together.

Which chairs are best for weddings?

Chiavari chairs in limewash or clear ghost styles suit elegant weddings and gala dinners, while oak crossback and wooden folding chairs suit rustic, barn and garden weddings. Chiffon chair hoods can be added for decoration.

Do you deliver and set up chairs?

Yes, across London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex. Delivery, setup and collection are not included in the hire price, and we quote for them once we have your delivery and event details. You can also collect from our warehouse in Godstone, Surrey, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

How many people can sit at each table?

We recommend 6 to 8 guests at a 5ft round table and 8 to 10 at a 6ft round table. You can fit a few more chairs around each table if you need to, but guests will have less room to eat and move comfortably. A 5ft half moon table seats 2 to 3 along its curved side (guests don’t usually sit on the flat edge), and it is the perfect table for cakes and gifts.
