Dealership Event FAQs

Can you set up before the showroom opens or after it closes?

Yes. Most dealership events are built early in the morning or after closing so the showroom keeps trading, and we clear everything away the same evening or next morning.

Can carpets and ropes match the brand colours?

We hold red, black, blue, purple, pink, green and white carpets, with gold or silver posts and ropes in a wide range of colours.

Do you supply sound for speeches and reveals?

Yes — speakers on stands, wireless microphones, a small stage and a DJ set-up if you want music through the evening.

Can you drape the showroom walls?

Yes. White or black floor-to-ceiling drapes hide signage and windows to create a clean reveal space, as at the Range Rover Sport launch for Stratstone.

Is delivery included in the hire price?

No — delivery, set-up and collection are quoted separately once we know the showroom location and timings.
