Old Reigatian RFC is located in the heart of Reigate town centre. It features a large barn-style upstairs function room with stunning views across the Surrey Hills. The vaulted ceilings and large balcony make it a fantastic space for weddings, parties and corporate events.
The venue also has a private car park with ample parking for any occasion.
Please note: Private hire of the clubhouse is not available on Saturdays and Sundays during the rugby season (September through April).

The main clubroom has a central fully stocked bar, an area for a dance floor and large terrace. There is also a seperate lounge area with comfortable seating away from the main event space. The room capacity is up to 120 for a formal sit-down meal or 180 standing.
Old Reigatian Venue Hire has quickly become a popular option for weddings in Surrey. The venue hire fee allows up to 2 days which means you can dress the venue and ensure it is ready with plenty of time before your wedding. This means you are not rushed in and out of the venue in just a day like most wedding venues.
The hire includes exclusive hire of the Clubhouse, patio area and the grounds for two days/evenings. A speaker system and screens are also supplied for speeches and photos.
Daniel Lay Event Services are the preferred supplier for the venue and offer everything from table centrepieces to lighting, drapes, furniture and garden games.
The first thing that corporate clients notice is there is an abundance of space for outdoor activities as well as an indoor space for meetings, conferences, training courses and presentations. All spaces can be configured to fit your individual needs. The venue includes tables and chairs plus an AV system. Daniel Lay Event Services can provide alternative furniture, extra AV equipment, stages and more. We offer anything any everything you might need to compliment your event.
In addition to a fully licensed bar, catering can be provided throughout the day, from breakfast pastries or a light lunch to BBQs, hog roasts or a formal sit-down meal.
