DIY Equipment Hire Booking Form:

Please complete the form below, this will give us the information we need to book in your event and generate an invoice. Please note that bookings cannot be confirmed until payment & ID checks have been received. If you are unsure of the information for any of the fields please let us know.

ID Checks are required – passport and driving license plus proof of address of the person collecting the equipment. The person collecting must have ID present with them for checks.

Collection & return are from our Lingfield warehouse (at Jesmor Farm). Please note there are two sets of gates, one of which is the farm house (incorrect gate) and then a gate to the right of this which is the yard gate. You will see Jesmor Construction Signs on the gate. The easiest way to find us is to search for Jesmor construction in google rather than entering the post code only as this often takes you to the other end of st. piers lane (where the epilepsy centre is located).

The post code takes you further down the road to where the epiliepsy centre is. The driver should navigate on google using the link provided in the booking form or searching Jesmor Construction Ltd or Daniel Lay Event Services Ltd Lingfield.
 
We are located inside Jesmor Construction which is clearly labelled on black gates. There is a keypad with buzzer on the gate which connects to the office for Jesmor as signal at the gate

The farm is on a single track road.

Please call us 1 hour prior to collection and upon arrival. There is also a number on the gate for the construction company who’s office is just beyond the gates.
