Please note that hot tubs take around 24 hours in order to heat to full temperature. If you are celebrating a special occasion you should book delivery at least 24 hours before you need to use the tub. Heating time is included in the 4 day or 7 day hire period.
Time Hot Tub Needs To Be Setup By*
Please note that we will deliver between 8am-6pm. We will contact you to confirm a more accurate time the day before your delivery date. If you have a requirement for the hot tub to be setup by a particular time please note it below. If not please state you are flexible on times.

We require free parking for a transit sized van which should be close to the desired setup location. Please confirm this the case?
Where will the hot tub package need to be setup?*
Please provide as much info as possible. For covid reasons we prefer to access the setup space without going through the house where possible.
What surface is the hot tub being setup on?*
- Patio (Strong enough to hold a hot tub)
- Decking (Strong enough to hold a hot tub)
- Astroturf - (Strong enough to hold a hot tub) - I accept the risk of setting up on astroturf
- Grass (Will be cut before delivery - I accept the risk of grass damage from a hot tub sitting on it)
The surface must be rated to withhold a weight of up to 1.5 tonnes - This is the rough filled weight of a hot tub. The are must be swept and if going on grass the grass must be cut as short as possible to allow the matting to sit flat. Hot tubs can damage or kill grass due to the weight, whilst usually grass bounces back you accept you are happy with this risk when hiring. There is also a risk of slight sinkage/indentation of astro turf if this is not sufficiently rated for the above weight. Where possible patio is the best option for setup

We use Chlorine or a stabilised Hydrogen Peroxide (Huwa-San TR-5) Chemical safe water treatment for sterilisation. Both of the above treatments are safe chemical treatments for hot tubs. You confirm that you have no known skin conditions which would be an issue when using a hot tub. In the extremely unlikely event that you experienced a reaction or discomfort you should exit the hot tub and wash thoroughly.
