How early should I book for December?

As early as you can. Weekday evenings and Fridays in December are our busiest dates, and popular items such as patio heaters, festoon lighting and dance floors book up first. Add what you need to a quote and we’ll confirm availability for your date.

Is delivery included in the hire price?

No. Prices shown are for hire only. Delivery and collection are quoted for your venue and date, and a flexible weekday 9am–5pm slot is the most economical option.

Is there a minimum order?

For London events the minimum equipment spend is £150 + VAT, and usually £100 + VAT for more local events, before delivery and collection.

Can you set everything up?

Yes, setup is available on request. Let us know when you send your quote and we’ll include it.

How do I confirm my booking?

Once you’re happy with your quote, sign the rental agreement online and pay to secure your date.
