We have a range of event staff and serving staff and regularly work with caterers and event planners who do not have staff available.
Many people book an event, whether that be in a venue, their own house or marquee and realise they are missing one major factor: The event staff to ensure a seamless, hassle-free event.
Most of our clients opt for our General Event Staff as they have a list of various tasks to fulfil. If, however, you prefer, we can simply provide bartenders, serving or cleanup staff to perform a single role.
Unlike many companies, we offer a staff-only option; this means you provide all of the alcohol/food you need, and we provide the staff to serve it. We can advise on quantities should you require them and can even provide the glassware and bar equipment if you require them. Our prices are entirely transparent and itemised, meaning you can choose what you require and leave out anything you don’t need.
Whilst we are based in Kent, we also cover London, Surrey, and Sussex.
Our staff are chargeable hourly and subject to a minimum booking time of 6 hours plus a travel fee.
Our most popular option is general event and party staff in Kent. This level of staff is a fantastic multipurpose option if you need lots of tasks fulfilling. They will look after all of the below:
Our all round bartenders are the perfect option if you already have food service and cleanup taken care of. They will focus purely on ensuring your guests are looked after from the bar area and can even patrol the event space topping up drinks should there be enough staff assigned.
Our bartenders can look after serving a range of drinks, however if you require cocktails you should opt for our basic cocktail bartenders of flare bartenders.
Our basic cocktail bartenders will make up to 4 cocktails of your choice, these will need to be pre-selected before the event, we will then produce menus to be presented on the bar. Once you have picked your favourites we will advise what ingredients we require to make the drinks for you. If you prefer to save having to go shopping we can provide the ingredients and equipment for your drinks at a surcharge.
Most clients opt to book our staff, glassware, cocktail making equipment and fridges/ice chests and then buy the drinks themselves. We can provide quantity advice and the best places to buy so that you keep your costs down.
Our expert bartenders will happily mix any cocktail you require using the ingredients at your event. Perfect if you have a full bar at your house or event with a wide range of spirits and ingredients. We tend to suggest the basic cocktail option unless you have. vast bar at your event.
If you want to wow your guests this is the option for you! Our flare bartenders will mix your cocktails in style, performing tricks as they go. These include throwing the shaker in the air and fun pouring tricks. Our flare bartenders usually require at least 2-4 weeks notice should you wish to book one.
