How Many Staff Members Do You Need:

The type and number of staff required for your event depends on the following:

  • The kind of event you are organising
  • The anticipated number of guests
  • The size of your venue
  • The length of the event
  • Specific tasks given to the staff for the event (preparing drinks, cleaning glasses, greeting guests/taking coats, serving food, and cleaning up the event space)

As a general rule, we recommend one staff member for 15 to 20 guests. 

Types of London Party and Event Staff We Offer

Bar Staff London

Our skilled bar staff will not only prepare and serve drinks to your guests but also keep the bar area clean and organised. We provide bartenders in London that offer four levels of service:

  • General Bar Staff —Serves wine, beer, spirits, and soft drinks. Keeps the bar area clean and organised. These staff can also assist in refreshing beverages and food service. £25+VAT per person per hour, excluding transport fee.
  • Cocktail Bartenders —Serve all the drinks mentioned above and a preselected list of four cocktails. Our staff will provide you with the list of ingredients you’ll need so you can make arrangements in advance. £ 40+VAT per person per hour, excluding transport fee.
  • Staff Manager – For weddings and larger events we would highly recommend having a staff manager on the day. £35 + VAT per person per hour, excluding transport fee.
Party & Event Staff London

Clean Up Staff London

Our cleaning team will ensure that your event concludes immaculately. During and after the event, they will gather glasses, plates, cutlery, and rubbish and take care of any spills or accidents to ensure you can relax and enjoy without any concerns about the mess. 

All rubbish and items that can be recycled will be put into bags and put in bins for you to dispose of. 

£25 + VAT per person per hour, excluding transport fee.

Party Cleanup Staff in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, London & Essex

Service/Greeting Staff London

Welcomes your guests can assist in storing items in a chosen cloakroom or area you have decided. Can assist in refreshing beverages and food items throughout the event. If you are choosing to have a DIY bar, these staff are your best choice. £25 + VAT per person per hour. Excluding transport fee.

Security Staff London

If you are worried about safety at your event including guest list checking and general security for your house or venue. 

We can supply response officers that are SIA (Security Industry Authority) trained. Our security staff are priced at £40 + VAT per person per hour. Excluding transport fee.
