The Distillery is an exclusive‑hire venue offering a stylish blend of contemporary and vintage design, ideal for receptions, private dinners, and immersive distillery experiences. Rooted in the heritage of Thames Distillers, established in 1681 and one of London’s oldest family‑run commercial distilleries. The space allows guests to explore over 350 years of gin‑making history.
With 1,180 sq ft of characterful interiors, the bar features deep green marble, oak, reeded glass, Holophane lighting, reclaimed timber flooring, and antique display units showcasing historic gin recipes. Guests can enjoy tours of the working still house and tastings of gins produced on‑site.

The bar is wrapped in deep green marble with a fluted marble bar front, oak, and reeded glass, and features bar lights reminiscent of soda siphons made from Holophane glass and porcelain.
The space features reclaimed floorboards from a former timber mill in Bristol, a mix of contemporary and vintage furniture, and an antique shop display unit showcasing some of the hundreds of gin recipes we have created over our three centuries of operation.

Accessed via a door inside the main event space, the working distillery had produced well over 300 different gins, vodkas, liqueurs, and spirit drinks for both the UK and international markets. Thames Distillers is dedicated to preserving the heritage of the spirits industry while embracing modern techniques and innovations.
As part of your venue hire, you can have a tour of the distillery, which is a fun way to engage guests.
